ABOUT OUR Gin
No short cuts were taken in the creation of this authentic gin. Like a Soprano, long hours of hard and sustained practice went into her creation; her wild heart, deeply expressive and vibrant to the very end.
The initial fresh citrus flavours evolve unexpectedly into spicy fragrant ginger tones while juniper continues to coat the palate. There is a luscious sweet mouthfeel, which is both juicy and quenching.
