Introducing: Melodramático Dark Rum Chocolate Fondant
- 100g of high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 100g of unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 100g of caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt
- A dash of pure vanilla extract
- A generous shot (about 60 MLS) of Innocent Spirits Melodramático Dark Rum
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Grease four ramekins or small oven-safe dishes with butter, then dust them with cocoa powder, tapping out any excess.
- Melt Chocolate and Butter: In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together. You can do this by placing the bowl over a pot of simmering water or using short bursts in the microwave. Stir until smooth, and set it aside to cool slightly.
